The Gallimard family have been producers in Les Riceys since 1930, bottling their own wines when most similar estates still sold all their grapes to the big Houses. They now have 10 hectares of hillside vineyards in the Aube, the southern extremity of Champagne home to many small family-owned growers and a world apart from the manicured environs of Reims and Epernay. Full and rich but also vibrant and aromatic, exceptional value for money.
