Fonseca 10yoTawny Port

This is a super introduction to aged tawnies (a lighter, earthier style of port resulting from slight oxidation after ageing in seasoned oak casks) from one of the finest port houses, founded a few months before the Battle of Waterloo. Fonseca's 10 Year Old is fragrant and mellow, soft and smooth, with a combination of dried fig and toffee sweetness, slight spice and toasted hazelnut, with very fine tannins for freshness. Serve slightly chilled, and this also makes a great aperitif.
