Squerryes Blanc de Blancs 2015

Arguably the finest wine from the Squerryes range, a wonderfully pure expression of Chardonnay thanks to the distinctive chalk soils of this exceptionally well sited vineyard on the North Downs, just outside Westerham. This vintage saw an impressive 69 months of ageing on the lees (more than many Champagnes) and is full of vibrant apple and citrus/grapefruit with toasted hazelnut and brioche notes and focussed acidity.
