Tokaji Dry Furmint, Dereszla 2021

One of my favourite everyday whites with great character for the price. Furmint is usually harvested late to make Hungary's renowned sweet Tokaji, this version is refreshingly dry but still with some weight: honeysuckle scented with slight pear, apricot and citrus character, some mineral freshness and a zesty finish.
