Jean-Pierre and Michel are third-generation winemakers at this family-owned estate of just 6 hectares, based at a converted mill Moulin du Pont and facing the imposing Roche de Solutre in the heart of Pouilly-Fuisse. Their Pouilly-Fuisse vineyards have been certified organic since 2009 and this is a rich, rounded expression of Chardonnay with baked apple and peach notes, lively mineral freshness and a touch of toasted hazelnut on the finish.
