Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé, Chateau La Coste 2020

Excellent dry rosé, the best of its kind, from this strikingly beautiful estate in Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence with views of the Luberon mountains and the Alps beyond. Certified organic since 2009 and now run largely according to biodynamic principles, the vineyards surround a state-of-the-art and meticulously managed cuverie designed by architect Jean Nouvel: this, their principle wine, is pale, aromatic and floral, with soft, delicate red fruit notes, elegant, with refreshing minerality and considerable finesse.
