Ch Cailloux de By, Medoc 2020

The 'second wine' of exemplary Medoc estate Chateau La Tour de By, from 35 year old vines and with a higher proportion of Merlot: this is juicy, succulent claret from a terrific vintage, full of ripe blackberry fruit with some soft tannin. This is drinking well now but will cellar happily for several more years.
